Happy 2nd Birthday my little love. The past two years have been amazing and I can't even remember what life was like without you. You have made my world....our world, a much better place to live. Mommy & I are blessed beyond belief and we know that God created you just for us. We fit perfectly as a family.
We've already done so many fun things in the short 2 years we've been together that I can't imagine what more the future will bring. What I do know is that it will be awesome.
I love being your mom and I love that we are also friends. Not every mother/daughter relationship is as lucky as ours. It's only natural that we will have our moments; our struggles along the way, but our relationship is already unfolding in a way that I know we will always be able to overcome any obstacle put in front of us. We will always find a way to communicate and let our love shine through everything put in our path.
Thank you Brielle for being you. You are so smart, funny, beautiful, kind-hearted, caring, loveable and quirky....everything I ever wanted in a daughter and more. You are such an amazing little girl and I just know that you are going to grow up to be a amazing woman. Your mom & I are proud of you now and I know that as each year passes, you will continue to make us proud.
Today I cried because my baby girl is growing up too fast. Today I also cried because I know that your future is so bright and that I'm so blessed to be one of the lucky ones to stand by your side as you grow up, learn to ride a bike, have your first sleep-over at a friends house, start kindergarten, have your first fight with your best friend, go to your first dance, have your heart broken, graduate, get a career, find your true love, walk down the aisle, have babies and create this absolutely amazing life of your own. But please don't be sad. They are all tears of happiness because that's exactly what you bring to my life.....HAPPINESS.
I love you Brielle. Never forget that your mom & I will always be here for you no matter what.
