A Facebook friend of mine posted last week about a 30 day challenge she was taking that is designed to set priorities, life goals and accomplish important things. She also said it's quick, fun & best of all, FREE. I glanced at it and went on by. Yesterday she posted it again and this time I just couldn't pass on by. I clicked the link and signed myself up.
Today I completed day 2 of the challenge and I have to say that it is easy and I can't wait to see where this takes me.
Let's face it. None of us are exactly where we want to be in every area of our life. There are always goals we want to achieve and things we want to improve. For some of us, we have these huge visions that are like a storm inside our head, but we just need to find a way to calm the storm and make sense of the things inside. For others, it's very specific places in our lives where we need to find balance or sanctuary. Maybe it's within your home, financially, with your spouse or even spiritually. Whatever it is, this is the perfect place to start and the perfect time to start.
I'm not about making New Year's Resolutions. In some ways, I believe they set us up for failure since statistically only 8% of New Year's Resolutions are actually achieved. Instead I believe in starting with fresh new goals at the beginning of a New Year. Goals are things we work on to make our daily lives better throughout the entire year. If you are uncertain where to start with your 2015 goals, I highly recommend taking this 30 day challenge. It only takes a few minutes a day and can really set you up for success.
If you would like a buddy to do this with, let me know. I'd be happy to team up with you and together we can make each other accountable throughout the challenge. ~Crystal
